Do you ship to my country?

Printed products ship to India and to most countries worldwide. The destinations available to you are shown at checkout. If your country isn't listed, we can't ship printed products there yet. Digital downloads are available worldwide.

How long does delivery take? (printed products)

Counted from the order date, including 2–5 business days of production:
India: 10–20 business days
United States and Canada: 7–15 business days
Europe (EU and UK): 10–20 business days
Australia, New Zealand and Asia-Pacific: 10–20 business days
Rest of the world: 10–25 business days
These are estimates and may be longer due to customs processing or peak seasons. Items in the same order may ship separately and arrive on different dates.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping for printed products is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, product type and order size. Digital downloads have no shipping charge.

Will I have to pay customs or import duties?

Printed products may be produced in a different country from your delivery address, so customs duties and taxes (such as GST in India or VAT elsewhere) may apply. These are set by your local customs office, aren't included in our prices, and are paid by the buyer, sometimes on delivery.

How do I track my order?

Once your printed order ships, we'll email you a tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for updates to appear. For international orders, tracking may pause or change carriers once the parcel reaches your country.

How do I get my digital download?

After payment, your link appears on the order confirmation page and is emailed to you. If you don't see it within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact us at support@flashnfun.com with your order number.

Can I cancel my order?

Printed items can be cancelled within 1 hour of ordering, provided production hasn't started. After that, cancellation isn't possible because every item is made to order. Digital downloads can't be cancelled or refunded once the download is available.

What payment methods do you accept?

In India, you can pay by UPI, cards and net banking in INR. Customers outside India can pay with PayPal in USD.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Printed items are made to order, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or a wrong size or colour. We'll replace or refund items that arrive defective, damaged, misprinted or not as described, or if the wrong product is received. Please report the issue within 30 days of delivery with photos. Digital files can't be returned, but if a file is defective, corrupted or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. We can't accept returns for parcels that are undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or that are refused or left uncollected. How long do refunds take?

Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval. Your bank or payment provider may take a little longer to show the refund. PayPal orders, and any payment made in a currency other than rupees, are refunded in the original currency (such as USD), so the amount you receive in your own currency may vary slightly with exchange rates.

What if my order is delayed or lost?

Contact support@flashnfun.com with your order number and we'll work with our fulfilment partner to resolve it. Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses, customs clearance issues or events beyond our control aren't covered.
