Refund and Returns Policy – FlashnFun.com

At FlashnFun.com, we offer both digital products and print-on-demand physical items (fulfilled by Printful). Our refund and return policy differs based on the product type.

Digital Products

  • All sales of digital downloads (e.g., e-books, memes, infographics, trivia packs) are final and non-refundable.
  • Once purchased, digital items cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged.
  • If you experience technical issues accessing your file, please contact us at support@flashnfun.com and we’ll assist promptly.

Print-on-Demand Products (via Printful)

For physical items (such as t-shirts, mugs, posters, etc.) fulfilled by Printful:

  • Refunds or replacements are available only for defective, damaged, or misprinted items.
  • Claims must be submitted within 30 days of product receipt.
  • To initiate a claim, please email support@flashnfun.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Photos of the issue
    • A brief description of the problem
  • Please note: We cannot accept returns or refunds for buyer’s remorse (e.g., ordering the wrong size, wrong color choice, or changing your mind).
  • Do not return items directly to Printful or FlashnFun.com unless specifically instructed.

Exchange

  • Digital products cannot be exchanged.
  • For physical items, exchanges are only possible if the product is defective or incorrect.

Shipping & Returns

  • In most cases, returns will not be required. If a return is necessary, we will provide instructions.
  • If a return is approved, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for any approved returns.
