Who we are

Our website address is: https://flashnfun.com. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information FlashnFun collects when you visit our site or place an order, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to customers in India and around the world.

When you place an order on FlashnFun.com, we collect the following information to process your purchase, fulfil your order, and provide customer support.

For all purchases (digital and physical)

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Billing address
  • Phone number
  • Payment details are processed securely by our payment partners (for example, PayPal for international orders and Indian payment gateways for UPI, cards and net banking). We do not store full card data.
  • Order currency and amount (prices are shown in Indian rupees or US dollars)
  • IP address and device or browser information (for fraud prevention and analytics)

For digital downloads

  • Product access logs (timestamped download records to confirm delivery)
  • Account data (if login is required for download access)
  • Download activity (for example, number of attempts and file type accessed)

For printed (print-on-demand) products

  • Shipping address and a phone number, which couriers may require for delivery and customs
  • Order details (for example, selected size, colour and design)
  • Fulfilment information shared with our production partner, Printful, for printing and delivery

We use this information to fulfil your order, handle returns and refunds, provide support, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, and improve your shopping experience.

Who We Share Your Data With

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, and only as needed:

  • Printful, our fulfilment partner, which receives your name, shipping address, phone number and order details to produce and ship printed products.
  • Payment partners, which process your payment and any refund.
  • Couriers and customs authorities, which receive your delivery details to deliver your parcel and clear it through customs.
  • Website, analytics and security providers, which help us operate the site, understand how it is used, and prevent fraud and spam. If we advertise in the future, this may include advertising partners.
  • Authorities, where we are legally required to disclose information.

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

International Data Transfers

We sell to customers worldwide, and our service providers may be located in other countries. Your information, including your shipping address, may therefore be sent to and processed in countries other than your own, for example where Printful produces your order. We share only what is needed to fulfil your order and take reasonable steps to protect it.

Services We Use

To run our store, we rely on the following kinds of services, each of which may handle some of your data:

  • Website hosting: our site and its database are hosted by Hostinger.
  • Print-on-demand production and delivery: Printful.
  • Payments: PayPal for international orders, and an Indian payment gateway for UPI, cards and net banking.
  • Analytics: Google Tag Manager, which helps us understand how visitors use the site.
  • Site features: Jetpack by Automattic, which provides features such as sharing buttons and likes.
  • Email: we use email to send order confirmations, download links, tracking updates and support replies. If we start a newsletter in the future, you will be able to unsubscribe at any time.
  • Forms: contact and enquiry forms store the details you submit (such as your name, email address and message) so that we can reply.

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy. We will keep this list up to date as our tools change.

Comments, Reviews and Accounts

Where comments or product reviews are enabled on a page or product, and when visitors leave one, we collect the data shown in the form. We also collect the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string. This helps with spam detection.

An anonymised string created from your email address (a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

If you create an account or log in, for example to access your downloads or view your orders, we store the details you provide, such as your name, email address and order history.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site, you can save your name, email address and website in cookies. This is for your convenience, so you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies last for one year.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will set up several cookies to save your login information and screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out, the login cookies will be removed.

If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.

Our store also uses cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart working, remember your selected currency, and measure site performance.

We use analytics tools, such as Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors use our site. If we run advertising in the future, advertising partners such as Google, Meta or Pinterest may also set cookies to measure our campaigns and show relevant ads. We will update this policy if that happens. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of personalised advertising through the settings offered by those platforms.

Embedded Content from Other Websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (for example videos, images and articles). Embedded content from other websites behaves as if the visitor actually visited the other website. These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that content, including if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

How Long We Keep Your Data

  • Order and payment records are kept for as long as needed to fulfil your order, handle returns and refunds, and meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
  • If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are kept indefinitely, so that we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
  • For users who register on our website, we keep the information in their user profile. All users can see, edit or delete their personal information at any time (except their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, ask us to erase it, or withdraw consent where we rely on it. This includes rights under applicable laws such as India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and, for customers in the EU and UK, data protection laws such as the GDPR.

To make a request, email us at support@flashnfun.com with your order number or the email address you used. We may need to verify your identity first. We cannot erase data that we are required to keep for legal, tax, accounting or security purposes.

Children

Our site and products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18 without a parent or guardian’s consent. If you believe a child has given us their data, please contact us and we will delete it.

Where Your Data Is Sent

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it was last changed. Please check it occasionally.
