Cancellation, Refund and Returns Policy – FlashnFun.com

At FlashnFun.com, we offer both digital products and print-on-demand physical items (fulfilled by Printful). Our refund and return policy differs based on the product type. We handle customer service and return communications but rely on Printful’s policies and processes for fulfilment issues.

1. Order Cancellation

– Orders for digital products (e-books, downloadable art, etc.) cannot be cancelled or refunded once the order is confirmed and delivery is initiated, as access is provided instantly.

– Orders for physical products (t-shirts, mugs, wall art prints, etc.) orders can only be cancelled before they enter production (usually within 1–2 hours – IST – Indian Standard Time – after purchase). Once production starts, cancellations are not possible.

– If production or shipping has not started, we will issue full refunds to the original payment method. This will be done within 7–10 working days, as per RBI and e-commerce guidelines.

2. Returns & Replacements

– Returns for digital products are not accepted unless the file is defective, corrupted, or not as described. In such cases, issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

– Physical products are eligible for replacement or refund only if:

  – The item is defective, damaged, or not as described, or

  – The wrong product is received.

– Any such issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery with supporting photographs for our inspection.

3. Non-returnable Items

– Personalized or Print-on-Demand (POD) physical products, once processed, cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged. Exceptions are made only in the case of defects, damage, or fulfilment errors.

  • Orders for POD items cannot be canceled once production starts.

4. Returns and Refunds

– Approved refunds for both digital and physical products will be processed to the original payment method. This will occur within 7–10 working days of approval.

– No refund is given for orders canceled after digital delivery. Refunds are also not provided if a physical product order has entered production (for custom/POD orders).

– Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Physical Products (Print-on-Demand)

  • We accept return/refund requests for defective, damaged, or misprinted items.
  • Issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery (with photos for proof).
  • In such cases, we will replace the item at no extra cost or issue a refund.
  • For reasons such as wrong size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse, we unfortunately cannot accept returns. Items are custom-made to order.

Return Method:

  • Returns (if approved) are processed by mail.
  • Customers are not required to ship defective products back unless specifically requested.

Digital Products (E-books, Downloads, Artwork)

  • Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
  • If you encounter a download issue, file corruption, or access problem, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We can provide assistance or a replacement file.

5. Return Shipping Fees

You will be responsible for the shipping costs. This applies if you are returning a product for any reason other than a defect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item otherwise.

If a product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us with photos within 30 days. We can arrange a return or replacement. Return shipping may be covered by us or our fulfillment partner, Printful, in such cases.

Undeliverable Orders

If an order is returned to Printful because it was undeliverable, it might be due to an incorrect address. It could also be due to an incomplete or unclaimed address. Printful will notify us when the package arrives back at their facility. Printful holds returned items for 30 days at no additional charge.

During this period, we will contact you to confirm your delivery address and discuss next steps. If you wish to have the order reshipped, please confirm your correct shipping information as soon as possible.

Please note that reshipping charges will apply. You must decide whether to cover these costs yourself. Alternatively, you can reimburse us if we cover them initially.

If we do not receive a response within 30 days, the order may be cancelled. It may also be discarded. Refunds for the original purchase may not be available.

6. General Terms

   We’ll review the case and get back to you within 3–5 business days with an approval or helpful reply. If approved:

   – We’ll send you a replacement or 

   – Process your refund directly to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. Receive Your Resolution 

   Replacement items will be shipped promptly with tracking details. Refunds will be confirmed by email when processed.
